This pancake is famous amusing one among Japanese pancake lovers. It is a local specialty dish of "Coffee house Origami" where is on BF1 in the shopping mall of Akasaka Tokyu Plaza.
The pancake has two size regular(1,000yen) and small(600yen), and two ingredients apple and blueberry, with maple syrup and butter. The regular apple pancake is the most popular of them. The pancake lookes like a crepe, is cooked of the crisp edge and the soft center.
I don't know why is this named "German style pancake". I have never seen like this in Germany. But it is a fact the pancake is so delicious.
